Uncle Jim... my name is Michael Gatins and Bill Gatins was my uncle. He recorded on Decca in the 30's (they misspelled his name as Bill "Gatin") with the Cherokee Ramblers. I am trying to locate MP3's of as many of their recordings as possible. I noticed you have two on one of your playlists. Do you have any more yourself? If so could you please contact me at tpyoman@yahoo.com and let me know if there is a way for me to get copies? Thank you in advance!

Jim,

I've noticed that you haven't posted on your blog in quite some time, and wondered if you're still around in the music world. I'm also a fiddler/old time music collector, and am interested in a few digitized vinyls that you may have in your possession. I've got most of the popular Georgia musicians of the 20's, and their side projects recorded, but there are still a few I don't. I'm interested in Coon Hunting In Moonshine Hollow, and A Bootlegger's Joint In Atlanta. If you've got them, and would be willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated, and I'd happily send any music of mine your way, that you may not have. I look forward to your reply,

Pat
